Administrative Law

Administrative Law governs the activities of administrative agencies of government. It encompasses laws and legal principles governing the administration and regulation of government agencies and is considered to be a branch of Public Law.

Administrative Law is created and enforced by an administrative body, i.e. Department of Labor and Social Affairs. The administrative bodies are created to protect a public interest rather than to vindicate private rights.
